Burlcore was established in 2023 to develop a formal medium-scale gold operation in Busia District, Eastern Uganda. Our concession sits inside the Lake Victoria Green Belt, a corridor that has produced gold for generations.
We are a regulated operator, working under continuous DGSM oversight with documented, traceable channels from pit to point of sale. We are also a local employer: the majority of our workforce comes from Busia, and our community programme covers water, education, health access, and infrastructure.
